Example
10 PRs with different authors -> 10 reviews by one user -> 100%
10 PRs of one author -> 10 reviews by one user -> 0%

Review PRs of only 1 author means bad review quality of this author (maybe it's friendly review) and/or review of other authors (missed review at all)
