[SIP Plugin] How do I configure this plugin?

I have a Divus Circle. It has an RTSP stream, and supports SIP calling (which works fine on my Divus touch panel and mobile app.

However, I want to get it on to Scrypted. I am trying to use the SIP plugin for this but I haven't had much luck.

I have set these config values:

Username: 1102
Password: 1102
RTSP Stream URL: rtsp://192.168.1.72:554/stream1 (This loads on VLC, but I get a snapshot failed on Scrypted)

SIP From: [email protected]:5060 (This is the SIP ID and IP address of the doorbell)
SIP To: 1102 (Do I need to add an IP address to this? If yes, what would it be?
