3XDR Format Unsupported #2

.ddx files with magic 3XDR fail to decode properly. Running as-is through the current conversion pipeline produces recognizable 8x8 chunks of the texture which are improperly aligned. From a brief analysis of the decompiled code, I believe the engine does some form of untiling but I did not have luck reimplementing it.
