Is there any ways to add other columns in lead product tab?

Are there any ways to add extra columns in creating the lead > product tab as shown below (refer to the first screenshot)
By default, right now the product section only displays price, amount, and quantity.
I've to add new attributes for a product which are: remarks, and additional spec.

My Question is:

I would like to display the remarks and additional specs in the product tab (refer to the second screenshot),
Eventho I have added the input columns and follow your existing code, somehow it didn't display the remarks and additional spec data
May I know where should I adjust the codes to add the remarks and additional spec, based on the existing code (refer to the third screenshot)

You will need to add the columns at the products datagrid:
