.modal-dialog-centered isn't working

Hi, i want my modal to be centered, but it ends up to the upper left?

Continuing.. Would really like to get ability to center the modal as well (as per @spotUP issue). And I'd love to see ability to do full-width modal.
In the meantime are there any practical tips on how to achieve either or both of: full-width modal, centered modal ? (messing with various controls and css attributes like min-width and so on I cannot seem to wrangle it by first principles..)

This is genuinely hard. Let's ignore resize and draggable and make it easier.
