Notifier uses V1 Notifier API which is shutting down on February 1, 2010

Howdy,

I noticed that this notifier is using the V1 Notifier API, which is deprecated, and will be shut down on February 1, 2010. If you or others are currently using this notifier, it will stop working after the V1 Notifier API is taken down, and users will no longer receive error notifications.

I forked the project at http://github.com/hdeshev/hopsharp and started work on supporting the V2 API. It's still rough at the edges, but I got it to a point of sending error notifications. I'll follow up with a pull request or something when the code gets better.
