Hello,
I am currently working on a project involving QSM. Before, I have only worked with MEDI, but I would like to also use STAR-QSM for my evaluations. When I try to use STAR-QSM, however, the results show quite a lot of smaller streaking artifacts around borders between different materials. I am wondering if anyone has experienced something similar using STAR-QSM (via SEPIA or in general), or knows what causes it.
I have included a susceptibly map of a phantom showing the streaking artifacts that I am talking about.
