I have resolved my problem by updtating Matlab to r2024. Indeed, this function has been moved to Matlab from Satistics and Machine Learning toolbox since the release 2022. |

Hello,
I'm encountering the following error when using the SEPIA GUI, which seems to be related to my MATLAB configuration:
The error appears to be caused by the iqr function, which is used to compute the interquartile range. While MATLAB does include a default iqr function, it doesn’t support double arrays as input (which is what the SEPIA code is using). The iqr function in the Statistics Toolbox does accept double arrays and is likely the version required here, but it’s missing from my setup.
Do you know which MATLAB toolboxes are required to run SEPIA? Currently, we only have the "Image Processing Toolbox" installed. And if no specific toolboxes are required, do you have any idea what might be causing the problem?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Anne-Lise
