missing option to leave head comments out

pricing table (with total on the end) should have option for leaving the header info out..
this happens on shopping carts
Was hoping the use of tfoot would leave it out...
is my only option it create another table just beneath it?

I love your pluggin too much to drop it so i'll find a solution.

For now, I would just go with a second table. I could see an option like that being useful though. I may look into that in the future!
