how about integration to a mail server so the meeting notes and other tools will be more integrated. sharing can be also a mail to be sent, etc..
Most of the time we will be copying contents from the mail client to the rustshare environment, the goal is to directly integrate this and store the mail content to the own place of the user. User later can move the data, backup and archive the old mails.
this will also allow meeting-notes and kanban board to be fully integrated to a mail exchange system. Company memory will be also integrated to that.
Proposed Solution
analyse the currently existing webmail clients, we need a roundcube like webUI, stable, clear and that has the main functions of a IMAP store. backend will be S3 as usual
