Deploy a model from UI

Currently in Kubeflow to deploy a Model from MR, requires the MR-user to follow the tutorial programmatically here: https://www.kubeflow.org/docs/components/model-registry/getting-started/#deploy-an-inference-endpoint

Describe the solution you'd like
A button in the UI which allows the creation of the KServe Isvc without requiring to operate programmatically

Describe alternatives you've considered
Current alternative is programmatic access as described above.

Additional context
The current conversation suggested to have this "button" to then delegate to the KServe webapp
