Introduce the @everytick annotation to update the same resource every tick.

In order to make this annotation really useful we should provide some Tick processing/status information and progress percentage.

tickStatus().current.tickNumber
tickStatus().current.tickProgressPercentage

Future possibility:
If we also expose the previously created/updated/deleted resources we could also use this internally for automatic rollback
