What happened:

external-dns doesn't generate records for ipv4-mapped ipv6 addresses.

What you expected to happen:

That the records generate

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

external-dns.alpha.kubernetes.io/target: 192.168.20.20, ::ffff:c0a8:1414
