• Reach out to SIGs to gauge interest Group Mentoring - SIG Communications #8009
• determine mentee audience (beginners, existing contributors, reviewers etc.)
• Set timeline and cadence
• set up or reinitiate the mentoring sub-project
• update project material if needed
