kubectl plugin gives 404 installation error on Krew

The latest version of kubectl plugin is giving a 404 error.

It appears https://github.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/releases/download/controller-0.31.0/kubectl-ingress_nginx-darwin-amd64.tar.gz is a 404.

$ KREW_ARCH=amd64 kubectl krew install ingress-nginx
Updated the local copy of plugin index.
Installing plugin: ingress-nginx

Also I recommend building/distributing this plugin for arm64 architecture as well so people can install it on their Apple Silicon macs.
