What would you like to be added
Localize tasks/manage-daemon/ page in Hindi.

Why is this needed
There is no Hindi translation for this page

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

As there are many number of files to be localized, a single user must split the PR or multiple assignees can assign the pages they want to localize.
