When preparing for a new release, it should be possible to run a single function that fetches the current bootstrap-base-release from github and places it in the /bootstrap/latest directory of the project. Preferably, this would be automated such that the actual release of e.g. the dannet.zip file is checked before bootstrapping a new graph based on the wrong data.
