currently, it rolls to next picture in the carousel for promoted articles on the main page. It would be better if it recognizes when there is only a single article to be promoted and stops itself in rolling to the next picture.

  • Condition: when there is only a single picture, the sliding feature of the carousel stops
  • On mobile: Remove buttons from carousel, so that only the picture and text remains
