Doesn't even compile

I try to compile it but I get an error "C:/HaxeToolkit/haxe/lib/flixel/4,10,0/flixel/input/actions/FlxAction.hx:141: characters 18-46 : Type not found : FlxActionInputDigitalAndroid" I didn't even mod the files yet

After finding someone had the same issues I installed what I needed. This time with it's own set of errors. "Creating C:/Users/{User}/Downloads/Psych-Engine-Android-0.4.2/Psych-Engine-Android-0.4.2/export/release/android/obj/obj/android-v7/__pch/haxe/hxcpp.h.gch...
'clang++' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Error: Could not create PCH" Idk why it is doing this. I installed everything I need. The NDK, JDK and Android studio are all installed

I have enough storage to compile. Also I don't see how that has to relate with it not being able to find the program clang++ Which is from the NDK if I am correct.
