Band Map

The Bandmap contains spots received from DX Cluster - it reflects DX Cluster filter setting.

The frequency range is selected according to information from a rig or a frequency defined in the Frequency field (New QSO). The band view can be switched also via a context menu of the Bandmap.

The user can defined a spot ageing period - the spots are removed from the Bandmap after a specified time.

The spot's colors depend on DXCC status (Worked, New Band, New Country) and the colors are recalculated after each QSO.

If the operator double-clicks on the callsign then QLog "tunes" the frequency.

The callsign's tooltip contains a DX Cluster comment - if a mouse position is on a callsign then the tooltip with DX Cluster comment is shown.

QLog can add a mark to current Bandmap. Enter mark text into Callsign text field and press CTRL+M. Rig can be tuned by clicking on mark or callsign.

Currently tuned RX frequency is marked with a green triangle, the TX frequency is marked with a red triangle.
