On macOS 15 Beta. It only works for a while when switching output/input device and the Microphone usage notification shows up.

Description of the bug
When idle, no audio output.
When switching devices, the microphone usage notification icon would show up and got a while for audio output.
And then the audio output would gone with the disappear of the icon indicates that no microphone usage.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the bug. This usually doesn't need to be super detailed.

1. Idle
2. Click on another device, and the yellow microphone usage indicator icon would show up. Now got audio outputs.
3. As the icon disappears, all audio outputs gone.

And I used to install BGM and afterall not using it due to the constant orange/yellow idicator.(Seems it's still an issue for BGM now?)
