Always shows only the details of Application server related libraries

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deploy my EAR file in the application server
2. Execute various scenarios of the application
3. Bring down the server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to show all unused jars in the JConsole including the 
application dependent jars. 
Instead, I am observing only jars specific with respect to application server 
not application

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
loose jar 1.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.
