vfolder create CLI command has an unmanaged option but it sets the storage host of the new vfolder to an empty value.

Let’s update this command to accept storage host value

Need to decide

  1. Change mechanism of the existing --unmanaged option
  2. Leave the existing --unmanaged option as a deprecated legacy option and add a new optoin
