Enable PHP exec by comamnd #28

Currently we have to manually go to PHP.ini and enable EXEC. share the command.

The command needs to be entered here https://github.com/ladybirdweb/faveo-server-images/blob/bhanu/docs/installation/providers/enterprise/ubuntu-apache.md

The same needs to be done for Execution time also. Via command, we need to achieve this.
