Could you please add elxInvertTransform to the binaries?

my extension uses elastix (I am preparing to upload it next week) and I a planning to add your extension as a dependency instead of adding elastix binaries to my extension.

If you still need this then please send a pull request with the necessary CMake files changes.

I know that:

                    set (Build_TESTING  True)

will add the binary file elxInvertTransform to the bin folder bin but I still don't know how to add it to the installation folder using CPack.
