Hay que decidir como grupo de qué forma nos queremos organizar. Yo pienso que las cosas importantes a decidir son:

  • Cómo decidimos en qué proyecto nos embarcamos
  • Cómo el grupo maneja el / los proyectos que lleve a cabo (responsables, seguimiento, etc)
  • Cómo vamos a estar en contacto con la organización de LatamJS y con los otros grupos de trabajo
