installed the pre-release on mac / monterey, replacing version 3.0.15)
causes network problems, network has flaky connections, disconnects many times
the "force quit applications" dialog shows random Joplin icons on other applications - really strange
quit Joplin, uninstall, restart, and going back to the last Joplin version solves the problem
