请问这两个版本有什么区别？

一个用的是tf下面的legacy_seq2seq API，一个用的是最新版的seq2seq API。

请问seq2seq_chatbot_new运行环境是Tensorflow1.几的版本啊谢谢啦！另外请问，可以实现中文对话么？谢谢啦！

感觉是1.4以上就行，然后默认是Python3。中文自己根据需求，改一下输入的数据就行。
