Visual C++ 2010 redist link is dead #16
Description
As per ytdl-org/youtube-dl#28845, the link is now dead. Check all the available links there.
It seems M$ deleted the old package to avoid confusion with the very latest one. I haven't tested installing the package in a VM to see if it's an incremental update or the whole deal, though, but the file size are much bigger.
