Here are my revisions to the day 1 lecture.

Here's a summary of the changes:

• removes a vague deliverable from the lecture objectives
• removes git images from assets directory of this lecture
• add component diagram to assets
• fixes some styling issues
• tighten up slides
• add db.json file and npm run server script to facilitate live demo of the app we're going to build
• add slide to deck with instructions on running npm run server a link to the view the live app in the browser
