Can't seem to setup development database

Hey, so I'm new to Kolibri as a whole and was looking to contribute.
I've tried setting it up multiple times but now I seem to be stuck at Database Setup
I can't seem to find the binaries for kolibri command anywhere? was this supposed to be installed with the yarn packages?

The kolibri command is activated by the pip install -e . step - the kolibri package registers a CLI command upon installation with pip.

Flagging that the link you posted to Database setup appears to be a pull request on another repository :)

I seem to have got kolibri running using docker.
I'm able to start a normal dev server, however, without the hot reload option.
I can't seem to be able to find a hot reload docker file too.

For now, I've edited the dev.dockerfile to execute yarn run devserver-hot instead.

Thanks for letting us know, @ThEditor. Glad you could eventually start it somehow. I think @vkWeb is working on some Docker improvements, perhaps this would be something to consider.
