Facility > New users - Search for a class doesn't return results for keywords after the initial 3 words of the class name

Observed behavior

When I search for a class if I enter a keyword which is part of the class name but is not part of the first three words of the class name, then I get no results:

search.for.a.class.mp4

Expected behavior

It should be possible to search by all of the keywords.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install the build from https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/releases/tag/v0.19.0-alpha1
2. Go to Facility > New users and select a user
3. Attempt to search for a class with a name consisting of more than 3 words
