Setup Wizard - Getting an error when importing users

Observed behavior

When I am importing learners I am getting either a "Username not found" error in the console when importing several learners, or a TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'response') error in the console when importing a single user. If I refresh the page I can successfully sign in as one of the learners:

Expected behavior

The user should be signed in automatically.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install the build from https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/releases/tag/v0.19.0-alpha1
2. On device 1 setup a server with learners
3. On device 2 setup a Learn-only device and import one or several learners
