Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We will be using Grafana to monitor the Azure resource deployed for LTC and DTC.

Describe the solution you'd like
We have Grafana configured now and connected to Azure Monitor using Service Principle. The task left to do is create monitors with appropriate data.
