Wish: Add step, remove all users

Dear Team,
we really like this plugins. I would have an feature request:

Please add a new step, this step remove all users & enrollment method from a course.

Our use case: The course will be moved to the trash bin (move in category, possible); set invisible (possible) and remove all users.
So for the teachers the course is removed, but if something is missing, we at administrators can easily restored.

We have a follow-up workflow for this: Detect all courses without enrolment -> delete them :)

So a trigger "no-enrollments" and a step "remove-enrollments" would be nice for everyone, I guess...
