Add option to configure automatic locking of the wallet after a certain time has passed

The extension will automatically lock after a browser restart or an extension update.

Some users also expect the wallet to lock after some time of inactivity automatically. However, users in the past have also praised the fact that it remains available and hence does not require unlocking before signing every transaction.

Several users have asked for a feature so they can set it to automatically lock even if they leave it on (by accident).

Users would like the option to automatically lock the wallet or not (toggle), and have the option to configure the time before it automatically locks. i.e. A user can choose to autolock the wallet after 2 hours of inactivity.

Yeah, I think this is a good security feature for users. Locking after some period of time of inactivity (5 - 10 minutes?)

I wonder if its worth investing in this, versus changing model to require password when signing a tx, not sign in time
