Scrolling issue on Choose asset to Send page

If I cannot sroll down and see my token balances (to send it or whatever), the wallet becomes totally useless.

It looks like there is some kind of issue here. Because even without a scroll bar I expect I can use the PageDown and PageUp button on the token selection page. Compare with the home page of the wallet where the pagedown and pageup button work as expected.

I think the issue is caused by the header here. it looks like I can scroll that... ow and if I click on the few pixels next to a token (so I do not select the token and go to the next page) I can use PageUp and PageDown to scroll over the tokens after all.

To reproduce

1. Open wallet
2. Select send
3. try to scroll with mouse hovering over the title
4. try to scroll without useing the mouse but using the pageUP and PageDown button instead
5. see issue:

Expected, the title never scrolls up or down, only the tokens scroll up and down and they do this regardless of where the mouse is hovering exactly on the page.
