Could do with just a single button to move the current squaddie down the list. 
Since we can't rename soldiers helpful things like Badass Keepalive and 
Reaction Magnet, changing in what order they are selected in tactical would be 
very convenient.

Like this idea a lot, but priority should be "medium" not "high".
