Integrating and XCMS to RUMP, select the overlap of peaks of XCMS and MZmine as the final peak table (reference: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28752757/). Use IPO for XCMS parameter tuning.

XCMS does not accept profile mode data, it only accepts centroid mode data.
Convert profile data to centroid data: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Conversion_profile_data_in_centroid_data
