A mechanism to import and export user accounts must be defined and implemented. For now, a single SQLite database file holds all user accounts.

Provide an export mechanism to export a single user account as an SQLite database file.
Provide an import mechanism to import a single user account as an SQLite database file.
Be sure that it is easy to export/import such file in different platforms.
