Large File issue in ML

These are the scripts I used to join the traits, soil, and weather files, before wrangling them to deal with NAs in another script. In between, I had to export files and import them to ease memory usage.

Is the issue with pushing the file to GitHub? Have you explored the Git Large File Storage? https://git-lfs.com/

Yes, I can look that up. Thank you.

But from today’s class it seems the large file shouldn’t have come to be in the first place, so I’m not sure about that too.

I think you can Compress files before committing.
