Loading in progress overlay

Hi,

how to create a control that overlays entire window (and blocks controls underneath like a Dialog) and shows loading indicator?

I tried with custom ContendtDialog with only ui:ProgressRing but it still has [Close] button so user can just close it which is of course undesired.
