Tutorial link in README.md broken

Describe the bug

I have found the following 3 places which link to a missing tutorial that doesn't seem to exist anywhere:

• Link in README.md under "Documentation"
• Documententation -> Getting Started -> help improve it here link
• The New Issue template links to the tutorial: https://github.com/lepoco/wpfui/blob/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml

Probably this tutorial was planned but never written. Suggest you just link to the Documentation -> Getting Started instead for now.
