Re enable Local Hero should reset state

Current Behavior:

When we re-enable the Local Hero, the widget still animates from disabled position.

Expected Behavior:

After re-enabling Local Hero, it should not animate from the previous state but instead appear in its correct position without animation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Disable Local Hero.
2. Change the widget position / size
3. Re-enable Local Hero.
4. Observe that the widget animates from its previous position instead of do nothing.
