Description
ľ (U+013E LATIN SMALL LETTER L WITH CARON) should be used instead of Ǐ (U+01CF LATIN CAPITAL LETTER I WITH CARON) as the reference used (Conrad and Dye 1975, Davies and Comrie 1985) use l with caron.
See for example the consonants table in Conrad and Dye 1975 p. 10:

Note the l without serifs and next to it ľ without serifs, r, ř and the capital I with serifs in "Iteri".
Some entries from Davies and Comrie 1985 already use ľ instead of Ǐ, for example bisorio-iniai-44_mouth-1 "ambuľu'tɪ".
but some entries use Ǐ instead, for example bisorio-12_cloud-1 "moǏi":
I guess having the glyph of ľ in the large majority of fonts having a form adequate for Slovak with a tick caron is not optimal for these transcriptions which use the wedge caron.
