I need to make sure that this engine will compile and run on windows.

The biggest issue for this will probably be getting dependencies to play nice...

Visual Studio 2013 Doesn't Support constexpr 😿

I talked with my Professor today. In lieu of having support for Windows I need to provide documentation on why Windows Support won't work.

I'm still going to look into options like MinGW for compilation but I'm not too enthusiastic about success.
