Thanks for the report. This was filed against v0.1.106, and the dashboard/session flow has changed quite a bit since then.

Could you please retest with the latest release and start the standalone dashboard explicitly?

Then start a traced client in another terminal. If the old browser page still does not show the new session, please share:

• the current claude-tap --version
• the exact dashboard URL shown in the terminal
• whether the new session appears on /dashboard
• any terminal error printed by claude-tap dashboard

Without a latest-version repro this is likely stale dashboard lifecycle behavior rather than a current capture bug.
