Take ownership of Gratibot

Gratibot is an existing application that is in use and deployed. We can use this application to start "dog-fooding" and start proving out some of our implementation recommendations

• Reach out to main contributors of Gratibot to do some initial discovery
• get permissions and ownership of the repo
• Come up with tasks / story work for Gratibot based on discovery
