Time error always

How can we reproduce the bug?

2. A made step 51 seconds was
3. Till 2 seconds max
4. Time became 43....

I loose many games because of time bug

At first I couldn’t understand why I was losing games one by one after January 1 in a bullet game....then I made a video recording of the screen.... The bug is clearly visible on it. In the last game I have 51 seconds left - I immediately make a move (you can see from the video that I spent about 2 seconds on it, I have 43 left!!! how so? What are you doing?
