Starting a game results in a ban - waiting for opponent screen

What happened?

For some time now there is a bug when I am starting a game. In the backgroud I can see a board and pieces and other player is ready but context window "searching for players" is still in the foreground. Workaround was to hit the "Cancel" button. And then the game would start. For the last two days that workaround is still working but after a such game I get a ban for some minutes. 3 then 14 and it is increasing in time. It will become unusable very soon.

How can we reproduce the bug?

1. Open the mobile app
2. Go to Quick game dial
3. Pick 5+0 blitz
4. Context window shown with number of matches and players
5. Game board with pieces is shown in the background BUT context window is still in the foreground
6. Click on "Cancel" button
7. Game starts
8. Finish the game
9. Go to the home screen
10. Ban shown

Expected behavior

Context window should be removed when the game starts.

I waited for the 30 seconds countdown. Game was aborted but context window is still up.
I clicked "Odustani" ("Cancel") button and game then context window was removed. If I hit Cancel when countdown was started then context window will be removed and I can start and play the game. But after the game I will get a ban.

Additional context

Language is set to "Croatian".
The same happens for all the Quick dial games (5+0, 3+0, 10+0 etc).
Bug with context window is not present when playing with Computer.
Also there is a way to remove Ban screen by fast clicking buttons for play with computer and play with friends.

Exact same issue for me but the board doesn't even show up. I just got a 16 MINUTE?!?! ban for just waiting for you board to show up and canceling after nothing happening for over a minute. Did that twice now I'm locked out.

I love LIChess but this is one of the most annoying bugs. It's happened to me a couple times before.

Yes, the unfortunate part is the ban timer keeps stacking. Last time, it went to 11 hours for me. I have since quit using lichess and moved to chess dot com
